Residential Design

As a collaborative team, X.Vella and I have designed a residential house with a specific emphasis on the visual aspects of the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. In the bathroom, we aimed to create a harmonious connection between the walls and the flooring. By carefully selecting materials that seamlessly blend the walls and the floor, we achieved a distinct and unique covering. To enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal, I incorporated an elevated platform to separate the toilet and sink area from the showering space. By placing the bathtub and shower on a different level, we achieved an organized and visually pleasing bathroom layout. The floor and wall coverings primarily consist of natural materials, such as grey marble and wood, creating an inviting atmosphere. When it comes to lighting, my focus was on task lighting and accent lighting to provide both functionality and enhance the overall ambiance.
